Scaled - Hire Tomorrow2.6 - App Store

Welcome to the new, modern alternative to a staffing agency. Find the people you need for your business, managing volatility in supply and demand without the pain of permanent employment, and without recruitment agencies. This app brings you a step closer to a fair and free employment market connecting you with workers directly, and giving you the flexibility to choose when, where and how your work is done.

WHAT IS IT?

The world s first verified network of local, on-demand workers, as used by the world s savviest employers

WHY DO YOU NEED IT?

This app lets you hire temporary staff, on demand, for as little as 5% of the cost of using an agency. Even at minimum wage, you can save more than 10 versus a 20% agency fee on every 8-hour shift you fill all without the admin of being the employer. No commitment, no payroll, no hassle. We ll notify you when there s something to approve and we ll manage payments via Direct Debit and one weekly invoice.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply post the available shifts, accept the most suitable applicants and we ll take care of everything else.

All posted shifts are matched to qualified, available, local people in our network, who receive a notification each time a relevant shift goes live. Workers only see the shifts that match their experience, and can bid for those shifts directly from their mobile app. This saves you time because you only pick from people who are prepared to work at the specified time and rate.

You will be notified each time a worker bids for a shift, enabling you to view the worker's profile, watch their video, or make an anonymous call through the app. Suitable workers can be accepted or declined with a swipe, will receive your pre-configured joining instructions automatically and get a calendar reminder to ensure they turn up at the right time and place.

WHAT TO DO NOW?

Download the app, complete your profile and upload the shifts you need to fill. If there are a lot, you can use our spreadsheet or integrate with our system via API just contact us via the app and we ll put everything you need in place.
